1. Fees and Payments

All payments for yoga classes, workshops, consultations, or training programs must be made in advance through the available payment methods on our website or authorized payment platforms. Once payment is completed, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of online and scheduled yoga services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the program or class has started.

  • However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Technical error in payment processing
  • Cancellation of the program by Atharva Moolam Yoga
  • Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

3. Cancellation by User

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment:
  • Cancellation must be requested before the start of the first class.
  • Once the program or batch has started, no refund will be issued.
  • In some cases, we may offer the option to transfer the remaining classes to another batch at our discretion.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Students who miss a class due to personal reasons may request rescheduling or joining another batch, subject to availability.
  • Atharva Moolam Yoga does not guarantee make-up sessions for missed classes.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Atharva Moolam Yoga

  • Atharva Moolam Yoga reserves the right to:
    • Reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances
    • Change class timing when necessary
  • Cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen situations. In such cases, students will be offered:
    • A replacement session, or
    • The option to transfer to another batch, or
    • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Non-Transferable Services

Class registrations, programs, and training sessions are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person without prior written approval.
